What You'll Do Manage incoming calls and outbound call campaigns Meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information when using our CRM and other software as provided Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow the Sales team procedures, guidelines, and policies Participate in outbound call campaigns and attend outside sales events (travel required) Basic troubleshooting of internet/tv/phone service Other duties as needed What You'll Bring High school degree 1
