Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the interactions with potential customers via phone, web, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling tools.
Must possess excellent communication customer services skills and have sales acumen to explain the products and services, address questions and complaints, and provide solutions.
Supports Race Communications teams in the mission to bridge the digital divide between rural and urban areas, by providing reliable high-quality internet services.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship Minimum of 18 years of age High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent is preferred Associate degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred One or more years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or equivalent work experience is required Working knowledge of CRM systems and practices is preferred Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships Ability to periodically travel moderate distances to attend sales events Valid CA Basic Class C driver's license is preferred Proficient use of MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and phone system applications is required Spanish bilingual skills are preferred Skills:

Responsibilities:
Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow up, outbound call campaigns, emails, messaging applications, and in-person events Meet or exceeds monthly sales goals Identifies, assesses, and understands customer needs and requirements to achieve customer satisfaction Researches accounts, identifies potential sales opportunities, and generates interest Manages creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identified.
Generates new business and promotes growth of existing accounts Gains and retains extensive product knowledge as well as detailed comprehension of customer's requirements Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provides accurate, valid, and complete information when using our CRM and other software as provided Handles inbound calls and provides callers with product and service information Handles customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; coordinate communication and action with appropriate departments and team members; follow up with customer to ensure resolution Keeps detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follows sales team procedures and guidelines, along with policies outlined in the Race Communications Employee Handbook Participates in outbound call campaigns and attend outside sales events (travel required) Other duties as necessary may include but are not limited to:
