We are currently looking for a good communicator with clerical, organizational, and detail oriented skills, for our Farmersville office.
The Route Clerk is a serious and crucial role.
An ideal candidate will be someone with a positive attitude, who's willing to learn how to read maps, analyze routes, and also have the ability to ensure and communicate the accuracy of customer account information for route drivers to service accordingly.
Summary of Essential Job Functions of the Routing Clerk:
Analyze service requirements of the branch location.
Schedule and manage driver routes, service of department products.
Identify potential problems in logistics for septic and route drivers and act to correct problems independently.
Maintain excellent customer relations through error free routing, planning and execution.
Maintain expense control, and profitability and to act on any issues to obtain positive results for the branch location Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the Routing Clerk opening:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to read maps Work as a team to ensure efficiency Analyze service requirements of the department.
Schedule and manage driver routes and customer service.
